Your Tasks:
Working in interdisciplinary and international teams, contributing your high statistical expertise
Keeping up to date in the biometric sector
Planning, programming, documenting, and presenting statistical analyses in clinical studies
Collaborating with experts in various fields, e.g., medicine, pharmacokinetics, and medical writing
Programming of analysis datasets and creation of tables, figures and lists
Ensuring that your work follows current guidelines and procedures
Your Qualifications:
You have an above-average master’s degree or PhD in statistics, data sciences, mathematics, bioinformatics, or other related fields.
You are interested in data analytics and pharmaceutical research, and can assert your expertise.
You have a high affinity for statistics and good knowledge of SAS or R (expertise in additional languages is a plus).
You have intrinsic interest in statistics, and you want to maintain a high standard to achieve high-quality results.
Your programmed code is clearly structured, easy to understand, and you enjoy programming.
You have good communication and presentation skills, and are proficient in English with B2 German language skills.

We appreciate your interest in Chrestos and would like us to get to know each other as well as possible during the application process. This includes submitting your essential application documents and attending up to two interviews with some of our managers.

The interview
The first interview usually takes place with three team members. This gives you the opportunity to get a direct insight into the work we do at Chrestos. We would also like to learn more about you: your previous career stages, your interests and goals, and what you have enjoyed and disliked working on in the past.
In a possible second interview, you will get to know a member of the management team as well as one other team member. Together we will give you an insight into the entire company and better prepare you for customer projects. We will also outline a possible employment contract to include the following key points:
a generally unlimited fixed-term contract
a fair fixed salary in line with our transparent salary model
vacation leave granted above the legal limit

First, we will take care of the necessary formalities and complete the recruitment documents. You will also be provided with work equipment, including a notebook computer and a work cell phone. In addition to our time and expense recording system, you will become familiar with other application systems and be introduced to our internal processes and our internal BGM. We will also brief you on relevant topics of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), data protection, and data security.
